Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Easy ScoopEasy, we aim to provide a hassle-free, reliable service you can count on. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
First Month Payment:
All new service sign-ups require a first month’s payment in advance. This payment is non-refundable once service has been scheduled and/or initiated.
Recurring Service & Cancellations:
After the first month, Easy ScoopEasy services continue on a recurring basis with no long-term contract required. Customers are free to cancel service at any time for any reason. To avoid future charges, cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
How to Cancel:
To cancel service, customers can contact us by email at info@easyscoopeasy.com or call/text us at 832-876-5400. Customers can also cancel their services via the customer portal, which is provided at sign up. A cancellation confirmation will be provided upon request.

Welcome to Easy ScoopEasy! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
Easy ScoopEasy provides professional pet waste removal services to residential and commercial properties within our designated service areas. Service availability may vary by location.
If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.
2. Scheduling & Payment
Service Scheduling: Service days and times are assigned based on your area and availability. We make every effort to maintain a consistent schedule and notify you of any changes.
Payments: Payments are processed securely through our Customer Management System. All new clients are required to pay for their first month of service in full prior to the start of services, which is non-refundable once scheduled.
An electronic quote or invoice will be sent for approval and payment before your first scheduled visit.
Subsequent visits will be invoiced and charged monthly based on the number of completed services during that billing period. Easy ScoopEasy offers the option for clients to enroll in auto-pay for hassle-free monthly payments.
Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or rescheduling of services. If a card on file declines, you will be notified and must submit a new payment method before service resumes. Recurring payments are billed on a regular basis until canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your service at any time after the first month with no long-term contract. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
3. Service Access & Property Conditions
Customers agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to all areas requiring service. As the client, the customer is responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup), immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets and prompt payment of balances due.
Aggressive pets must be secured during scheduled service times.
Easy ScoopEasy is not responsible for damage to areas that are hazardous, poorly maintained, or where waste is hidden.
Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible.
4. Liability
While we take care to perform services safely and professionally, Easy ScoopEasy is not liable for:
Damage to lawns, landscaping, or property due to hidden waste, unsafe ground conditions, or hazards.
Injuries or incidents caused by unsecured animals.
Missed waste that is concealed or inaccessible at the time of service. Clients agree to inform us of any potentially dangerous pets, yard conditions, or property concerns.
5. Termination of Service
Easy ScoopEasy reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for:
Non-payment.
Unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Repeated failure to provide access to the property.
Either party may terminate service (see Refunds & Cancellation Policy) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.
6. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse this website for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purposes. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
